Shipping policy

Once your order is placed we have a target of dispatching within 48hours (2 working days). This may be slightly longer at certain busy family times of the year (eg school holidays).

NZ orders are dispatched by tracked courier. 

Overseas orders are dispatched by tracked courier OR tracked airmail.

We endeavour to get every order out as quickly as possible but please be patient as we fine tune our processes.
